Default Transfer Queue
Build 5.4.0.3960
If I remember correctly, the currently downloading file must be stuck at the top of the download queue

Now select "Enqueue > Delete" [ctrl+delete] on a file to a connected ftp sessions.
The new entry can go to the top of the list; above the currently downloading file.
Actually all files can be moved around, except the one active download that is stuck in its position
